What health data we collect

Only one kind: the food allergies you choose to add for a child (for example peanuts, sesame or banana). It is optional. We don’t collect any other health, medical or biometric information, and we don’t infer health conditions from anything else.

Where it comes from

Directly from you, the parent or guardian, at sign-up or on your family page.

Why we use it

Solely to leave those foods out of the cooking and snack activities your child takes part in, and to check our content against them. We never use it for advertising, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

• Our database and hosting providers, which store it for us.
• Our AI writing provider, which receives the allergies of the children taking part in a food activity so it can adapt the recipe; it does not keep or use them for anything else.
• Our team, when reviewing plans before they are sent.

We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your consent and your rights

We ask for your consent before collecting it. You can see, change or remove a child’s allergies at any time on your family page, which also withdraws consent for that information. You can ask us for a copy, ask which providers received it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@weekadoo.com. We answer within 45 days. If we deny a request you can appeal by replying “Appeal”; if we deny the appeal you can contact your state attorney general.
