Subscriptions & Refunds
Effective: September 29, 2026 · Last updated: September 29, 2026
Plans and prices
You can pay every 4 weeks (13 times a year) or once a year. The price, billing frequency and what’s included are shown before you subscribe, and in your confirmation email. Prices are in U.S. dollars; taxes may be added where required.
Free trial
- New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial.
- We email you the day before your trial ends, with the date and amount of your first charge and a link to cancel.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each 4-week or yearly period, and we charge your payment method on file, until you cancel. For yearly plans we email you at least 7 days before each renewal with the date and amount.
Cancel anytime, online
Cancel from your family page (Account) in a few clicks, no phone call or email needed. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep receiving plans until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
- 4-week plans: no refunds for a period that has started, since plans are delivered weekly.
- Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first charge or of a renewal. After that, you keep access until the end of the year.
- Mistakes: if we charge you incorrectly or twice, we refund it in full.
- If we ever stop providing the Service without cause, we refund the unused part of your current period.
- Where the law gives you more rights, those rules apply.
To request a refund, email hello@weekadoo.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Price changes
We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Founding Family price
Founding Families keep their price for as long as their subscription stays active without a break, on the same plan type (4-week or yearly). If you cancel and come back later, the current price applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we’ll email you and try again over the following days. If it still can’t be collected, your plans pause until the payment method is updated.
